When will I see Results?

This is a difficult question to answer because it depends on so many different factors. Everybody responds at a different rate and everybody starts at a different point. If you imagine that the quality (lets say Confidence) you want is on a scale of 0 to 100, obviously if you start at a rating of 50% confident it will take less time than if you start on a 20% level of confidence. But then it will depend on your responsiveness to Hypnosis and unless you have participated in a Stage show or used hypnosis before, I am honestly unable to answer this.

Also there is a difference between hypnosis which you actively participate in and Subliminal Messages which require no effort on your part. Nothing is free as they say, so choosing a Subliminal Message session where you do nothing to contribute towards your change (as opposed to sitting and listening and following suggestions in the Hypnosis Session) will take longer. The more conscious effort you make the quicker the results. There is no magic bullet of speed if you are just listening and not participating.

Generally most people see results in a couple of weeks with Hypnosis compared to a couple of months using Subliminals. You need to listen to the Subliminals several times more often than you do Hypnosis

How Often should I listen to the Hypnotic MP3?

You can listen as often as you like, however the following schedule is suggested

1st Week = 3-4 times
2nd Week = 2-4 times
3rd Week = 1-3 times
1-2 times a week thereafter until 3 weeks after the desired results have been obtained.

If you have more than one session you can listen to both during the same period or use one at a time it is up to your own preferences. The more you use Hypnosis to change, the quicker subsequent results from further sessions will occur.

Do I need to use Headphones?

No. You can listen to the session without the use of headphones … However in order to get the effects of the Binaural Music, headphones are required (Binaural Beats is a Stereo effect)

NB There is no evidence at all you can hear or have an effect using Hypnosis while you are asleep! You can listen and then drift off to sleep ignoring the wake up procedure, but it is best to make listening to the sessions a conscious function of your day.

How to use the Subliminal Tracks

There is no best way to listen which will work for everyone – it largely comes down to personal choice, and finding a method which fits your lifestyle. You can either listen while meditating or have it playing in the background while you work.

As long as you can hear the ocean / nature sounds you will be benefiting from the subliminal sounds, so just use whichever method fits you best.

We recommend listening to the Session at least once per day at first – ideally when you are in a relaxed state of mind. However we designed our sessions so that you can listen multiple times; you can play it constantly in the background for a few hours while you work and you will still receive the benefit.

Using the MP3 on your computer or MP3 Player

If wanting to use the file on your computer simply double click, sit back and relax.

To transfer the file to your iPod or MP3 player, use which ever methods you are currently using. The MP3 file is compatible with all operating systems

NB. Sometimes there is an issue with iPod’s … here are instructions when iTunes does not recognize the file

Save the file where you want it on your computer. Then:

1. Go to iTunes on your computer program list.
2. Under file click add file to library.
3. A drop down will open, Select the file and save it.
4. Plug in your iPod.
5. Choose recently added. Your file will be there.
6. Drag and drop the file into your iPod Icon on the left side of screen.
7. iTunes will “sync” it and that should complete it
8. Have a look at the content list where the songs are. The MP3 file should be here also.
